The
past years he developed the knowledge and learning centre of PSO
characterised by a self managing team culture and a focus on social and
interactive learning. Dynamic and interactive facilitation is a
characteristic feature of his approach. Examples are 'Socratic dialogue'
as a method of conceptual clarification,and together with Mark de Koning
he developed a dynamic work conference approach using cartoons. Other
forms of visualisation used are mindmapping, use of images and cards.

Presence/Presentie - is a an approach based on the value of
transparency as a guiding principle, of being there for your client and
attempting to understand his/her perception of challenges and
dilemma's. Application of models of theory-in-use and theory in
practice (Argyris)

Participation/Participatie
and increasingly the Quality of participation, this means involving and
mobilising clients, beneficiaries, members or stakeholders in such way
that jointly you decide on outcomes and goals. It means empowering
people to be truly responsible for their choices |
